| (A). MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES |
Swam has very well equipped manufacturing facilities and has installed, precision advance machine tools, inspection & measuring equipments and setup.
The manufacturing facility includes the total work space of nearly 4000 Sq. meters.
To meet the present day demand of the customers, we have in house installed a number of permanent test beds for testing the blowers with shop test motors as per the requirements of National/International test codes.

| (B). PROJECT MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES |
Each major order is treated as project and its management is assigned to our experience project team which manages all aspects of the project from its inception to its successful conclusion including design & drawing approval, manufacturing, testing, client inspection, supply, erection supervision and commissioning services.
Project manager reports to the G.M. (M&O) and draws the guidance from the engineering and manufacturing group for support.
The project team controls all design aspects & provides the engineering documents to the P&ID level. The group also provides details execution plan including ordering and sourcing of raw materials bought outs and coordinating with the purchase deptt.
The team is equipped with the latest tools of project management.
Detailed activity schedule chart with tasks and milestones is prepared to monitor the progress an each category of activities.
Summery of which is prepared and given to client as part of monthly progress report.
| (C). DESIGN & ENGINEERING CAPABILITIES |
The Company has a team of qualified and experienced personnel having many years of combined experience in the design & application of various types of Air & Gas blowers, Vacuum pumps and related equipments.
The drawings and documents are generated through Computer Aided programme (CAD) etc.
The team leader A.G.M.(Technical) has more than two decades experience in this line and is assisted by engineers & draftsmen and computer professionals.
