The screw blower's synchronized rotors move gas to the discharge port while maintaining non-contact, low-slip compression.
Screw Blower
The rotors intermesh while maintaining fine clearances and rotate in perfect synchrony through precision timing gears. As rotation proceeds, the trapped gas is carried to the discharge port where its pressure rises. Tight internal clearances keep slip losses very low, so delivery is smooth, non-pulsating and with lower sound emission.
